Giving

Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. — II Corinthians 9:7 KJV

Giving is a vital expression of our faith and one of the ways we honor God with our lives. Scripture reminds us that every good gift comes from the Lord, and as stewards of His blessings, we are called to give generously, cheerfully, and with a willing heart. Through giving, we acknowledge that all we have belongs to God and that He has entrusted us with resources to use for His glory.

When we give, we participate in the ongoing work of the Kingdom. Our tithes and offerings support the ministry of the church, provide for the needs of the community, and enable the gospel to reach beyond our walls to touch lives around the world. Giving is not simply about meeting

Generosity also transforms us personally. It teaches us to live with open hands, to trust God’s provision, and to cultivate compassion for others. As we sow into the work of the LORD, we also reap spiritual blessings, growing in faith and experiencing the joy of being part of something greater than ourselves.

Ultimately, giving is a tangible demonstration of Christ’s love. Just as God gave His only Son for us, we are called to give of our time, talents, and treasures in service to Him. In doing so, we align our hearts with His purpose and help build a legacy of faith for generations to come.
